Hope Orphans Home is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 2004 and registered in 2005 in Dar es Saalam City, Tanzania and a response to the escalating number of orphans who had no clear fate in life. Of the current orphans we support who are between the ages of 3 to 16 years, a large number are those who have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS and left with no one to take care of them. We support these orphans who are currently living with their relatives.

The home brings new hope to the otherwise hopeless children with the support from well wishers around the world, in particular from America as we support their necessary needs while living with their relatives.

We are still facing several challenges in the following areas:
1) School fees for more than six hundred(600) pupils for secondary school
2) Clothes for the children
3) Mattresses for more than nine hundred (900) children
4) Money for food
5) Transport for several shuttles within and without the center's
6) Money for medication especially Malaria and Typhoid
7) Wages for the workers
