I'm sad to say my little buddy "POPEYE" had an accident last week and is suffering from Patellar Luxation. My recent bout with cancer treatments will not allow me to afford to pay for the costs that the vet quoated me at this point in my life. I am reaching out to try "SAVE POPEYE" Otherwise I am going to have him euthanized. "SAVE POPEYE"
